| Abstract: | Upholding the stand of oil company and taking the economic benefit as the key point , the way of controlling the engi-neering and field construction cost is introduced. The contents of budgetary estimate and budget for offshore self-funded oil/gas fields and measures for compiling and controlling the investment are discussed. |
