活性炭为载体的负载型高变催化剂的研制

摘    要:选择活性炭作载体,用真空浸渍盐溶液制备了活性炭负载铁基低铬(Cr2O3的含量4%)及无铬高温变换催化剂。通过XRD、TEM及XPS等表征研究了活性炭为载体的负载型高变催化剂的结构、粒径和表面性质;讨论了载体表面处理及催化剂制备条件对催化剂性能的影响。

Abstract:Carbon loaded Fe-based low-chromium (Cr2O3 content:4%) and no chromium high-temperature conversion catalysts are prepared by vacuum infusion process by using activated carbon as carrier. Its structure, particle size and surface feature are studied through XRD, TEM and XPS、It also discusses the effect of carrier surface treatment and catalyst preparation conditions on catalyst performance.
