关于北京地铁在建工程建设管理的思考

随着我国经济实力不断增强，作为解决城市交通的手段——轨道交通建设在许多大中城市日益受到高度重视。通过对北京地铁工程建设特点、基本情况的介绍以及对工程建设中碰到的矛盾、困难和风险的分析，笔者结合自己在北京地铁建设管理的实践，对一些主要矛盾及难点提出自己的粗浅看法或对策，以期达到提高地铁建设的管理水平。

Ponder on Construction Administration for the Works in Process of Beijing Subway

Along with the sustained developing in high speed of our national economy, urban construction scale is expanding rapidly. Construction of track transit in many big cities has been taken highly and accelerated to develop day by day. Face at the situation of subway constructions in nation-wide and in Beijing, there are some defects in six respects of subway construction which have influence on the constructions. The author unifies all sorts of practices and think about some questions in Beijing subway construction management, proposes own shallow view or the countermeasure to some principal contradictions and difficulties, in order to enhance the construction management level of domestic track transi.
