摘    要:为了解决由一个分销商和两个供应商组建的供应链协作利益分配问题,提出采用合作对策理论中的Shapley法、核心法、MRCS法及Nash协商模型来协调合作各方的收益。由于不同协调方法得到的结果是不一样的,故提出了一种供应链系统协作综合利益分配方法,以解决多种协商结果不一致问题。该综合利益分配方法先利用TOPSIS思想求得各协调方法的相对权重,再对由各协调方法得到的结果进行加权平均,即可将多分配方法得到的结果折衷为相对合理的利益分配方案。

Abstract:Cooperative game theories such as Shapley, Core, Minimum Costs-Remaining Savings (MRCS) and Nash negotiation model were used to solve the benefit allocation problem of supply chain system consisting of one retailer and two suppliers. But different allocation methods got different results. An integration benefit allocation method was used to resolve this variance. It used Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to get the relative weight of each allocation methods, and then it compromised the different results into a relative reasonable benefit allocation scheme through weighted average method.
