基于MC3305芯片的电动车无刷直流电机闭环控制器

摘    要:国内电动车无刷直流电机控制器大都采用分立元件,使得控制系统的设计调试复杂。介绍了Motorola公司的第2代直流无刷电机控制器专用芯片MC33035的基本原理,设计了一种基于MC33035,MC33039,MPM3003的电动车闭环无刷电机控制器,介绍了具体参数。所设计的电路抗干扰性强,可靠性高,稳定性好,可内嵌到电机内部。

Abstract:The domestic Electric-bicycle DC motor control was mostly made of discrete component,and the desingn debuging of the control system was complex.The basic principle of MC33035 was briefly analyzed in the paper.A closed loop brushless DC motor control using the MC33035,MC33039 and MPM3003 is introduced in the paper.The circuit design and specific parameter are also introduced.The circuit antijamming,reliability and stability is good,it can be installed in the motor.
