摘    要:介绍了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)设计的PDM(Pulse—Density—Modulation)负载谐振式感应加热电源。先进的PDM功率调节方式使得系统主电路机构甚为简单,大大减小了装置的体积与价格。逆变器工作在负载谐振状态.并具有接近于1的负载功率因数。DSP的高速处理能力保证了系统运行的高可靠性,方便地实现了与其他设备的同步控制。

Abstract:This paper introduces a Pulse-Density-Modulated (PDM) load resonant induction heating power based on DSP. Because of the usage of non-controlled rectifying mode,the modern PDM power control mode makes the main circuit of this system to be simple and reduces the volume and cost greatly. The inverter works in load resonant state with a power factor being approximate to unity and has got high thermal efficiency.The excellent high-speed processing capability of DSP causes the proposed power supply to have good reliability and achive the wide-domain constant frequence power regulation, so it is conveniently to communicate with other control units.
