海事卫星C在三峡水利枢纽水情自动测报系统中的应用

摘    要:三峡水利枢纽水情自动测报系统是国内目前规模最大的水情自动测报系统,其主要功能是准确及时地采集重庆寸滩湖北宜昌区间、三峡坝址上下游及三峡一葛洲坝2个枢纽之间的水、雨情实时信息,以及三峡、葛洲坝2个坝址的气象信息。系统现有各类遥测站81个,中心站1个,其中,56个遥测站和中心站之间的数据通信采用了海事卫星C(Inmarsat-C)。文中介绍了三峡水情自动测报系统和Inmarsat—C的特点,着重分析了Inmarsat-C在三峡水利枢纽水情自动测报系统中的应用现状。

Abstract:The main functions of the automatic hydrologie tele-metering system for the Three Gorges project are to collect the real time data of water level and precipitation of the region from Chongqing to Yichang, and the weather data of the dam sites of Three Gorges and Gezhouba. The system has eighty-one telemetering stations and one central station. The data communication between fifty-six telemetering stations and the central station is realized by use of the Inmarsat-C satellite. This paper introduces the characteristics of the automatic hydrologic telemetering system for the Three Gorges project and the Inmarsat-C satellite, with the emphasis on the application of the Inmarsat-C satellite to the automatic hydrologic telemetering system for the Three Gorges project.
