| 摘 要： | 研究胶原的热交联方法的各种反应条件对胶原性能的影响方法：通过电镜观察、孔隙率测定、力学性能测试以及吸液性测试。对材料进行表征。结果：胶原的热交联能使材料机械强度增大。亲水性及吸液性减弱，孔隙率降低。

| Abstract: | The detailed information about react conditions of dehydrothermal treatment and their effects on mechanical property of collagen were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the mechanical properties of collagen were optimized by dehydrothermal treatment, while the porosity and hydrophilicity of collagen were reduced. |
