| 摘 要： | 以87C196MC单片机为核心,并由87C196MC产生脉冲信号(SPWM)控制功率器件IG-BT的开关时间,实现电动机调速的目的.系统包括速度给定、键盘显示等,并给出了系统详细的硬件电路图.实验结果表明:系统运行稳定、可靠,具有良好的动、静态性能.

| Abstract: | Based on the 87C196 MC microcomputer,which can produce SPWM to control the switching time of IGBT, the purpose of controlling the speed-governing of an electromotor is realized by the AC speed-timing system along with the measurement of rotating speed and the information display by keyboard operation. The paper also illustrates the hardware circuit diagram of the system. Experimental results show that the system has good dynamic and static performance beacuse of its rational,reliable and stable functions. |
