颗粒增强金属基复合材料耐浆料冲蚀磨损性能的研究

摘    要:通过在碳化钨颗粒中加高碳铬铁颗粒的方式及负压铸渗方法,获得了碳化钨陶瓷颗粒体积分数不同的复合材料,考察了体积分数对在浆料冲蚀磨损条件下复合材料耐磨性的影响,结果表明,通过加高碳铬铁的方式,可使复合材料中的碳化钨颗粒体积分数从23%到56%之间变化,以51%的复合材料耐磨性最好,为镍硬1号的3.13倍。

Abstract:With the vacuum infiltration process and through mixing WC and Cr Fe particle,the composites with different WC volume fraction have been made.The effects of WC volume fraction on the resistant wear properties in liquid containing abrasive have been investigated.It is found that the WC volume fraction can be changed from 23% to 56%,and the composite of containing 51% volume fraction WC has the best resistant wear property,its resistant wear property is more than three time of the Ni hard 1 white iron.
