| Abstract: | The development status of the state overhaul of circuit breaker in home and oversea as well as its significance is introduced. The process to actualize the state overhaul of HV circuit breakers is put forward. The treatment method of key problems, that how to complete the change process from overhaul in a period of time to the state overhaul, is presented. |
