摘    要:给出了基于Riccati传统矩阵法的转子动力学系统固有特性的灵敏度分析和相应的动力学修改方法。该方法避免了模态坐标下的系统灵敏度物理意义不明确的缺点,可以直接计算出转子系统的固有频率或临界转速对系统的各种结构参数和物理参数的灵敏度,相应的动力学修改结果在很大范围内能满足工程实际的精度要求。

Abstract:A new method for the sensitivity analysis and dynamic modification of the rotordynamic system is presented. The RICCATI transfer matrix method is applied to obtain the sensitivity of the structural and physical parameters on the natural frequency and critical speed of the rotor system, and the related derivative transfer formulas are derived. The physical base of the sensitivity obtained by this method is clearer than the one by modal analysis method. The method is used to analysis the natural frequency's sensitivities of a multi stage pump to the geometric and physical parameters, and the dynamic modified results were listed. It was proved the dynamic modification based on this method could satisfy the engineering accuracy.
