| 摘 要： | 论述产业集群和区域创新体系的互动关联理论,分析重庆市信息产业集群发展现状和创新机制缺失原因,从政府层面提出了培育重庆市信息产业集群推动重庆市信息产业的自主创新策略:将产业政策转变为产业集群区域创新政策,建立以产业集群为基础的科技创新平台,推进重庆市产业集群融入全球产业价值链体系.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the interaction relevance theory for the industry clusters and regional innovation system,analyzes the reasons for innovative mechanisms missing and development status in the Chongqing Municipal Information Industry cluster,proposes new strategies to nurture the information industry clusters in Chongqing Municipality to promote the information industry in Chongqing Municipality Independent Innovation Strategy from the government level: changing industrial policies into regional innovative policies for industrial clusters; establishing science and technology innovation platform based on industrial cluster;and promoting the merging of Chongqing industrial cluster into global system of industry value chain. |
