摘    要:为了解决炼铁过程中产生的高炉煤气安全排放问题,设计了分别以MCGs和PLC为核心的高炉煤气放散燃烧控制系统.下位机控制3个燃烧炉,根据管道内压力的大小,适当选择燃烧炉的个数,将采集到的温度、压力等模拟信号经A/D转换后输入给PLC并由其进行控制操作;上位机对系统的工作、运行状态进行实时监控,并将实时采集到的数据进行报表显示,实现监、管、控一体化.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the blast furnace gas safety emissions produced in the process of pudding, the burning control system of blast furnace gas was designed, which respectively took MCGS and PLC as the core. The lower computer controls three combustion furnaces. According to the value of the pipeline's inner pressure,the number of the combustion furnaces is selected properly,the an- alog signals such as the gathered temperature and pressure converted by A/D in put into PLC for control operation,the upper computer gives a real-time monitoring to system's work and operation state,and dis- plays the gathered real-time data, then realizes the integration of monitoring, managing and controlling.
