摘    要:生物产业已被我国政府列入七大战略性新兴产业之一,作为生物技术产业化关键的下游技术因此显得尤为重要。在该课程的教学过程中,我们提出了"教学并重,德才兼备,师生同行"的教学理念,对教学内容进行了优化整合,既不失其核心,又能密切联系实际。教学以"分子命运由分子属性和其外围环境共同作用决定"这一思想为主线,采用六个相结合的具体措施紧扣教学内容中的两个基本点——难点和重点。

Abstract:Bio-industry has been planned as one of seven strategic emerging industries, so downstream of biotechnology, the key part of biotechnology industrialization, becomes more and more important. Our teaching concept lays stress on both teaching and learning, cultivating student's morality while teaching, and teacher and student working together in making progress. Teaching contents is optimized in order to keep up with reality. In our teaching process, we insist on the core concept that "molecular destiny is de- cided by its interaction with surrounding environment" realized by six specific methods focusing on teach- ing difficulty and emphasis.
