河南某钼铅多金属矿综合回收试验研究

摘    要:针对河南某彩钼铅多金属矿矿石性质, 采用优先浮选流程, 综合回收了氧化钼、方铅矿和白铅矿。原矿钼品位0.20%、铅品位2.40%时, 在磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占80%, 闭路流程最终得到钼精矿产率2.15%、钼品位7.12%、钼回收率76.54%、铅品位60.04%、铅回收率53.12%, 铅精矿产率1.01%、铅品位65.62%、铅回收率27.27%。其中钼的总回收率为78.81%, 铅的总回收率为80.39%, 选矿指标理想。

Abstract:Ore characteristics of a wulfenite polymetallic ore in Henan,with a Mo grade of 0.20% and a Pb grade of 2.40%,were investigated,and a preferential flotation process was adopted,with which molybdena,galena and cerussite can be comprehensively recovered.When the grinding fineness was determined as 80%-0.074 mm,a molybdenum concentrate with a Mo yield,grade and recovery of 2.15%,7.12% and 76.54%,and with a Pb grade and recovery of 60.04% and 53.12%,respectively,and a lead concentrate with a Pb yield,grade and ...
