摘    要:安徽某复杂铜硫铁矿原矿含Cu 0.39%、S 36.19%, 在低碱度条件下, 采用BK-301与LP-01(比例2∶4)组合捕收剂, 经过优先浮铜、原浆无活化选硫的铜硫分离浮选工艺流程, 可获得铜精矿含Cu 18.46%、回收率72.16%, 硫精矿含S 48.14%、回收率93.72%的良好指标。

Abstract:A complicated copper-iron sulfide ore containing copper and sulfur content of 0.39% and 36.19%, respectively in Anhui Province was investigated. Under low basicity conditions, using a combined collector of BK-301 and LP-01(ratio 2∶4), and following a Cu/S separation flowsheet consisting of a selective flotation of copper and a flotation of inactivated sulfides from the original slurry, a copper concentrate with a copper grade and recovery of 18.46% and 72.16%, respectively, and a sulphur concentrate with a sulfur grade and recovery of 48.14% and 93.72%, respectively, were obtained.
