| 摘 要： | 介绍了本钢歪头山铁矿马耳岭选矿车间的工艺流程及设备情况。为解决马选车间细筛无法适应生产需要的问题, 特引进DXFDZS1014复振高频细筛作为筛分设备。详细介绍了复振高频细筛的结构特点及生产应用情况。DXFDZS1014复振高频细筛在马耳岭选矿车间的应用实践表明, 该设备安装方便, 操作简单, 能适应矿石性质变化, 处理能力高, 能有效减少球磨机再磨负荷及过磨现象, 提高磨矿效率, 并能大幅提高筛下粒级含量, 且筛网使用寿命长, 能适应复杂的工艺条件。
