| 摘 要： | 水土保持工程监理是生产建设项目管理的重要组成部分，是控制生产建设项目水土流失最直接、最有效的管理手段。针对目前开发建设项目水土保持工程监理存在的授权有限、地位尴尬、管理体系不成熟等现状，通过江苏境内天然气管道项目水土保持工程监理实践，分析天然气管道项目水土流失特点及防治措施，总结水土保持工程监理模式与要点，评价水土保持工程监理实施成效，提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Water and soil conservation engineering supervision is an important part of construction projects management,and is the most effective means of management. In view of current situation of limited authorization,awkward position and immature management system,through supervision practices of soil and water conservation in the West-East Gas Pipeline project in Jiangsu,this paper analysizes characteristic of gas pipeline project,summarize the engineering supervision mode,evaluate the implementation effect,and and put forward the corresponding advice. |
