| 摘 要： | 介绍了四川美丰化工股份有限公司100kt／a合成氨装置异地搬迁后的工艺及设备改造情况。试生产证明：装置搬迁改造工艺是成熟的，设备运行是可靠的，解决了工艺冷凝液处理不合格、MDEA脱碳系统腐蚀、装置蒸汽不平衡的问题，并进一步降低了装置的综合能耗。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the process and equipment revamp to 100 kt/a ammonia plant of Sichuan Meifeng Chemical Co., Ltd. after its relocation. The test run proves that the revamped process is mature, and the operation of the equipment is reliable. The process and equipment revamp solve the problems of substandard process condensate, MDEA CO2 removal system corrosion and steam imbalance and further decreases the overall energy consumption. |
