皂化法合成硬脂酸钙新反应条件的研究

摘    要:以硬脂酸为原料,介绍一种通过两步加碱由硬脂酸与新生成的氢氧化钙进行合成硬脂酸钙的新方法,并考察了反应温度、加碱时间、液固比及加碱量等因素对产品中游离酸含量的影响,确定了反应的较优条件。结果表明,在此反应条件下所得的产品质量较传统的生产方法要好。

Abstract:A new technical conditions for synthesis of calcium stearate by stearic acid saponification with freshly formed calcium hydroxide in aqueous medium by two - step reaction and proper alkali distribution ratio is researched in this paper. The reaction conditions, such as the reaction temperature, the time of adding alkali and the amount of water were optimized. Compared with traditional double decomposition method, the productivity of the new technology is raised and the energy consumption and water reduced obviously.
