| Abstract: | From the experiments of drawing alloy steel rods with roller dies the conclusions have been drawn with analysis of its deformation ,kinematics characterestics and force parameters. It is pointed out that roller dies are more suitable for drawing alloy steel rods than for drawing wire and thread. A new technology using the roller dies and the conventional drawing dies in series is proposed. |
