景洪水电站成品骨料罐结构设计与滑模施工

摘    要:介绍景洪水电站右岸混凝土拌和及制冷系统成品骨料罐的选型、罐壁结构设计以及滑模选型方法和滑模混凝土施工质量控制方法.罐壁采用钢筋混凝土圆形结构,采用桁架式滑模施工,通过施工及运行证明,骨料罐结构经济合理;采用滑模浇筑混凝土,大大加快了工程进度,并确保了混凝土施工质量.

Abstract:An introduction was given to the type selection of finished aggregate tins for concrete mixing and cooling system at the right bank of the Jinghong Hydropower Station and the methods for tin wall structure design,type selection for slip form,and construction quality control.A rounded reinforced concrete structure was adopted in tin wall design,and the truss-type slip form was adopted in the construction.The construction and operation of the project show that the aggregate tin structure is economical,and that the adoption of slip form in concrete placement greatly shortens the working schedule of the project,and ensures the quality of concrete construction.
