| 摘 要： | 当前持续高位运行的CPI、连续9个月的存款负利率及紧缩性货币政策作用的淡化，使得人民币升息的可能性增加。文章认为，人民币升息将对我国“-3前高位的CPI以及过热的经济都将是一个有力的降温措施。

| Abstract: | The current CPI's continuously running at a high level, the successive 9-month negative interest rate of bank saving as well as the fading out of the effect of the present prudent monetary policy, result in the increasing possibility of RMB interest rise which will be an effective cooling-down measure for both China's current high-level CPI and over-heated economy. |
