吡虫啉片剂壁材对缓释速率的影响及其防治白粉虱效果分析

摘    要:目的]探讨囊化壁材对吡虫啉缓释片剂缓释速率的影响。方法]经机械搅拌、化学交联、烘干、造粒、压片等工艺措施,分别以淀粉和β-环糊精为壁材制备了2种缓释剂片剂CS(淀粉为壁材)和CD(β-环糊精为壁材)。采用温室防效、模拟土壤pH值以及片剂对番茄植株生长的影响等试验。结果]明确了最佳施用方式为在定植时用在植株根部正下方6 cm深度范围,最适土壤pH值为7;片剂CS和CD在第90天对白粉虱防效分别为90%和64%,对煤污病防效在107 d分别为96.8%和92.7%;在相应剂量内对植株生长有明显促进作用。结论]CS片剂较CD片剂持效期长且缓释速率慢而均匀,以淀粉作为缓释壁材较好。

Abstract:Aims] The impact of capsulated wall material on slow-released rate of imidacloprid-containing tablets was investigated.Methods] By mechanical agitation,cross-linking,oven drying,granulation and pressing tablet,two slow-released tablets containing imidacloprid were made with corn starch(cs) and β-cyclodextrin(cD) as wall materials.The effects of the tablets on tomato under greenhouse control and simulation of soil ph condition were evaluated.Results] it showed best control effect when tomato seedlings were planted and tablets were applied 6 cm under the roots,and the optimal ph was 7.The control effect of cs and cD against whitefly was 90 and 64% at 90th day,respectively.And that of cs and cD against sooty mould was 96.8 and 92.7% at 107th day,respectively.When treated with cs and cD,the weight of seedling root,seedling plant and seedling height was higher than the control.Conclusions] results showed that the imidacloprid-released speed of cs was much even and slow and corn starch as wall capsule was more proper.
