| 摘 要： | 当母语与目的语的某些特征迥异时，学习若借助于母语的一些规则作拐棍，就会产生负迁移现象。这样负迁移导致第二语言习得内在的语言系统与目的语很不一致，处于本族语和目的语的中间状态，我们称之为中介语。本以中国人学英语为例，讨论语言负迁移与中介语的关系。
