基于振动测试的发动机高压油管断裂问题分析

摘    要:本文通过振动测试,分析了某车用发动机高压油管断裂的原因。根据振动测试的结果,提出了两项改进措施:一是改变支架刚度来改变其固有频率,使共振转速出现在发动机不常用的转速范围内;二是将喷油泵与驱动齿轮间的连接方式改用法兰来连接,避免了由于轴的加工误差和安装同轴度的影响。经过试验测试,改变连接方式后有效缓解了高压油管的振动。

Abstract:For damage of high pressure oil pipe in some vehicle engines,this paper analyses the reasons by vibration test.Two methods are presented in the paper.One is to keep the resonant speed within the range of speed,which is not used in common,by changing the rigidity of bracket.Another one is to connect the injection pump to the driving gear with flange to avoid the influence from machining error of shaft and coaxial degree while installing.It is shown that vibration is lighten efficiently when connection is changed.
