比例阀电子控制器的研究设计

摘    要:利用AT89C51芯片设计比例阀控制电路,实现了对电磁阀位移的比例控制。应用Protel软件绘制出系统原理图和PCB制板图,并动手制作了电路板。利用TKS—HOOKS系列单片机仿真实验仪进行程序仿真、程序烧录和硬件仿真。

Abstract:This paper describes the proportional control circuit of valve taking the AT89C51 chip as the core,the circuit realizes the proportional control of the displacement of valve. The systematic principle picture and PCB picture is drawn out with the Protel software, and the circuit board is made by myself. The emulations of my program and the hardware are carried on with the series of TKS-HOOKS emluator and my program is also loaded into the AT89C51 Chip.
