摘    要:按照底部剪力法的理论,讨论了中高层住宅建筑中楼层刚度的数量问题.发现由层间位移顶点位移的限制实质是限制了结构的自振频率.在设计中位移条件不能满足时通常是增加楼层刚度,推导发现改变楼层质量同样可以达到目的.因此为推广轻质材料进一步找到了理论依据.也为设计工作开辟了思路。

Abstract:Using the theory of bottom shearing method, the quantity of the floor rigidity in highrise or multistory residential building is discussed. It is discovered that the limit value of floor displacement as well as of top point displacement essentially limits the natural vibration frequency of the structure. Usually, a method of increasing floor rigidity is used, if the displacement can't be satisfied in the design. After deriving the formulas, it is found that changing the floor mass can equally regulate the structural displacement. So the popularization of light material has its theoretical basis and it widens the designer's thinking.
