Research of training the ability of personnels across century in the engineering universities and colleges

This article emphasizes on the new talents training program which can meet the demand of quality education.The starting point of the research is that on the basis of the ability requirement of the society for engineering talents in the 21st centry, we analyses the present condition of engineering college graduates to design talents training program so as to look for the theoretical proof of the thought in education and explore the efficent training methods in education practice.
