基于Pro/Engineer的虚拟设计方法研究

摘    要:传统的产品设计都是在产品设计完成之后进行试装配,对不满足要求的零部件进行重新设计。介绍了Pro/Engineer的实体造型及虚拟装配的特点,并分析了自顶向下和自底向上两种设计思路,根据复杂装置设计的具体特点,构建了虚拟环境下产品设计的基本流程。实践证明,基于Pro/Engineer的虚拟装配设计方法能提前发现设计过程中出现的问题,把错误消灭在设计的初期,大大缩短开发周期,提高质量和效率。

Abstract:Traditional methods of product design were based on test assemble,and redesigned the dissatisfied components. Presented the characteristic of Pro/Engineer's two different modules of Part and Assembly,and analyzed two different ways of Top-Down and Bottom-Up design method,the basic flow of product design based on virtual environment was designed according to the characteristic of complex equipment.
