我国中小包装企业战略联盟:基于价值链的分析

摘    要:中小包装企业是我国包装行业的主体,这些企业自身的资源有限,在竞争日益激烈的环境下,生存日益困难.而战略联盟正好为我国中小包装企业发展提供了思路.从价值链理论分析了战略联盟,并介绍了中小企业进行战略联盟的必要性,战略联盟可获得的优势和战略联盟的方式.

Abstract:Small and middle packing enterprises are the main part of the packaging industry in China. Facing the fierce competitive condition, these enterprises are difficult to survive because of their limited resources. Strategic alliance is a good way for the small and middle enterprises. This paper analyzed the strategic alliance by the theory of value chain, introduced the necessity for the small and middle enterprise to ally, the strength when allying and the patterns of the strategic alliance.
