基于电荷感应的粉尘浓度检测技术与试验研究

摘    要:介绍了电荷感应法在粉尘浓度测量中的应用,提出了用交变电场中传感器感应电压来表征粉尘浓度的测量方法,并进行了理论推导。在此基础上,设计了圆柱形传感器,并搭建了浓度检测试验平台,进行了模拟试验研究。试验结果表明:此装置可用于粉尘浓度为0.81~1.99g/m3的测量环境,其测量值与实际值的平均误差为1.8%。

Abstract:Application of charge induction method in dust concentration measuring is introduced,and measurement method of characterizing dust concentration by inductive voltage of sensor in alternating electric field is put forward,and a theoretical derivation is given.On these basis,a cylindrical sensor is designed,and build up test platform for concentration detection,and carry out study of simulation test.The result of the experiment indicates that in a certain situation when the dust concentration ranges between 0.81 g/m3 and 1.99 g/m3,the device is able to be applied to test dust concentration,which the average error of measurement value and actual value is 1.8 %.
