基于LabVIEW的多路输出DC/DC电源模块测试系统

摘    要:随着电子产品多样性和复杂性要求的加大,多路输出DC/DC电源模块的性能及技术指标在出厂前必须经过严格的筛选检验。原先的手动测试是通过琴键开关实现,需要操作人员手动加电、手工记录数据,操作比较繁琐,不能保证测试的准确性,为了解决以上检测中的瓶颈,研发了基于LabVIEW的多路输出DC/DC电源模块测试系统,文中概述了系统的组成、功能及设计思路。

Abstract:Because of the increasing requirements of variety and complexity of electronical product,the performance and technical index about multi-output DC/DC power module must strictly be tested and screened in the factory .At present , the manual test is operating by key switch,which will demand operators to finish all the work manually , including powering up, recording data and so on. These are more fussy and don't well and truly assure testing. In order to solve the problem in testing ,we research and development automatic test system about multi-output DC/DC power module based on LabVIEW . This paper summarizes the composition ,function and design of the system.
