摘    要:对马钢2#(2500m3)高炉优化操作的生产实践进行了总结。在原燃料质量劣化的情况下,通过加强人炉料管理,优化高炉操作制度,做好炉型维护及抓好炉外出渣铁等措施,使高炉冶炼水平不断提高,取得了较好的技术经济指标。

Abstract:It is concluded the production practice of operation optimization of 2# blast furnace (2 500 m3) of Ma Steel. Faced to worse quality of raw and fuel materials, by strengthening entering - furnace load manage- ment, optimizing operation system, doing better the profile maintenance and out - of - furnace iron and slag casting, the smelting level of the blast furnace gets continuous improved and better technical and economic in- dexes reached.
