机组盘车中心在大中型水电站设备改造中的应用

摘    要:对经过多年运行后转轮室磨蚀严重的大中型水电站,提出了以机组盘车方式确定新改造设备中心的方法,对机组盘车的方法和标准提出了明确要求,并进行了可行性探讨,以葛洲坝电站12号机组定子部分改造为例,验证了该方法的正确性和可靠性,该方法具备较强的实用性和推广价值。

Abstract:The serious abrasion and corrosion of runner chamber in large and medium hydropower stations occurred after years" running. The generator turning method was applied to set center of upgrading equipment. Specific requirements on turning method and working standards were proposed and its feasibility was discussed. Taking stator of unit No. 12 in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant as an example, this method has been proved the advantages of reliability, correctness and practicality, which is worthy of promotion.
