环氧/多巯基型无色透明胶粘剂的研制

摘    要:采用自制多巯基固化剂与E-51环氧树脂制备了一种环氧/多巯基型无色透明胶粘剂,对其拉伸剪切强度、黏度、紫外-可见光透过率等性能进行了研究,并在相同条件下与使用进口固化剂的胶粘剂性能进行了对比。结果表明,随着固化温度升高,2种胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度均不断提高,在固化温度达到110℃时拉伸剪切强度均达到最大,随后开始下降。随温度升高,2种胶粘剂黏度均不断下降。紫外-可见光透过率的测试表明,固化温度对进口胶粘剂的透明度影响很大,80℃透过率就明显下降。固化温度在80℃内,自制胶粘剂的紫外-可见光透过率变化不大。在此环氧体系中,使用自制固化剂的胶粘剂在耐温性方面具有一定优势。

Abstract:A kind of transparent epoxy adhesive was prepared with multi-thiol curing agent and E-51epoxy resin. The tensile shear strength, viscosity and UV-Vis light Transmission Performance was investigated,comparing with the imported one. The result shows that both adhesives reach their highest tensile shear strength at 110℃,but the imported one' s UV-Vis light Transmission decreased obviously. So the adhesive we prepared has the advantage on the temperature- stable ability.
