| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相(体积比50∶50,pH值8.5),流速为0.8mL/min,使用Agilent TC-C18(2)反相色谱柱与紫外可变波长检测器,在250 nm波长下用外标法对福美锌原药进行分离和定量分析。结果表明:该方法的线性相关系数为0.9997,标准偏差为0.18,变异系数为0.19%,平均回收率为99.4%。

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of ziram TC was established by HPLC using methanol and water （volume ratio of 50︰50, pH 8.5） as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, Agilent TC-C 18 （2） column and a variable wavelength UV detector at 250 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, the standard deviation was 0.18, the variation coefficient was 0.19%, and the average recovery was 99.4%. |
