摘    要:本文介绍专家系统DBDES(Drilling BHA Design Expert System),它将以前由钻井专家运用经验知识和BHA受力与变形设计BHA的这项人类智能活动,改用Micro-Prolog语言在IBM-PC计算机上实现。系统使用元知识控制策略,面向对象的知识表示方法,AND/OR知识结构模型,针对不同的地层、井眼条件,设计实用的基本可靠的BFIA。DBDES的研制为我国的钻井工程运用专家系统方法解决工程问题开创了一个良好的开端。

Abstract:The expert system DBDES (Drilling BHA Design Expert System) introduced in this paper implements the design of directional drilling BottomHole Assembly (BHA) in which the experience of and mechanical analysis by drilling experts are programmed with logic language Micro-Prolog on IBM-PC computer. The system, which uses the mate-knowledge controlling stragtegy, the object-oriented knowledge representation method and the AND/OR knowledge structure model, can design effective BHA for drilling specified trajectories in various formations. In DBDES, product rule and model knowledge, numerical method and logic inference are combined in one problem solving process. The system can solve the problem with forwaxd and backward mixed inference under the control of mate-program. The development of DBDES creates a favourable beginning for the application of expert system in drilling engineering.
