摘    要:在人工气候室内,通过动态采集3片串XP-70覆冰绝缘子融冰过程中的泄漏电流,并在比较传统利用时频域分析泄漏电流存在不足的基础上,提出了对闪络全过程的泄漏电流采用分帧计算参考量:短时能量信号和过零率信号的极值,利用小波分解重构能量信号与过零率信号的包络曲线,从而从数值和曲线2个直观的角度快速地为覆冰绝缘子闪络故障的发生提...
