摘    要:根据实验结果 ,讨论了反应管直径、催化剂组分、反应温度及反应气体对多壁碳纳米管的产量和质量的影响。反应管直径大小将影响多壁碳纳米管的单位产量并对多壁碳纳米管质量产生影响。通过改变混合反应气体导入反应管的方式 ,可以提高多壁碳纳米管产量和改进质量。催化剂是影响多壁碳纳米管产量和质量的重要因素。在 70 0~80 0℃ ,反应温度仅对多壁碳纳米管的产量造成影响。

Abstract:The influences of reactive tube diameter,catalyst constitution,decomposition temperature and precursor gas volume flow on the yield and quality of multiwall carbon nanotubes are investigated.The reactive tube diameter will affect the unit yield of multiwall carbon nanotubes and the quality.Tuning the mixture ratio of precursor gas and the way through which the precursor gas enters into the reactive tubes can increase the output and improve the quality of products.Catalyst is an important element to control the yield and the size of the carbon nanotubes.At the temperature range of 700~800 ℃,the decomposition temperature only influences the yield of multiwall carbon nanotubes.
