硫酸盐法红麻浆的中浓少污染漂白研究

摘    要:在对红麻进行成分分析的基础上,提出了中浓条件下的少污染漂白方案OHQP,此工艺中氧脱木素段可脱除蒸煮后残余木素的56.2%,后序的次氯酸盐漂白段只需3%的有效氯就可提高白度20%SBD.酸性条件下EDTA预处理的中浓H2O2漂白段可将红麻浆漂至85%SBD的高白度.

Abstract:The low pollution bleaching process OHQP under medium consistency was put forward on the basis of composition analysis of the kenaf raw material. 56.2% of lignin after cooking was removed during the stage of oxygen delignification, and the brightness was improved by 20% SBD in the next stage of hypochlorite bleaching by adding 3% of active chlorine. The experiment also proved that the pretreatment of acid EDTA can bring the brightness to 85% SBD at the final stage of medium consistency hydrogen bleaching under the acidic condition.
