摘    要:轴承钢点状夹杂物严重影响钢的疲劳寿命.半个世纪以来,冶金工作者研究在精炼过程中如何消除轴承钢点状夹杂物.通过研究首次指出,精炼过程由渣中还原进入钢液中的钙是生成点状夹杂物的主要原因;并且从理论上分析用氯去除钢液中钙的工艺原理.

Abstract:The formation of globular inclusions in bearing steel influences seriously the fatigue strength of the steel. In the part half of a century, metallurgists have made a lot of studies on the removal of the globular inclusion in beating steel in the process of refining. This paper pointed out that the main origination of the inclusion is from the reduction of calcium from slag. The refining process for the removal of [ Ca] is theoretic.ally illustrated.
