摘    要:提高综采工作面单产主要靠加大工作面几何参数和提高配套设备能力及可靠性,而工作面采高加高、长度加长、推进速度加快、巷道断面加大后,特大采高工作面矿压具有鲜明特征,由于单位时间采动影响范围扩展,使大采高工作面上覆岩层呈大体积的运动,导致工作面矿压显现变得十分强烈。为此,特大采高支架设计应从其围岩立体动态、矿压显现强烈出发,对特大采高支架设计支护强度、支架结构高度上限、防片帮机构、支架稳定性、防止煤壁片帮和工作面设备整体稳定性等方面都提出新要求。由于巷道断面加大和工作面采高加高,推进速度加快等使回采巷道超前支承压力范围发生变化,对其超前支护提出新要求,因此研制特大采高工作面超前支护支架迫在眉睫。
