葛根素壳聚糖纳米粒的制备

摘    要:目的制备葛根素壳聚糖纳米粒,研究其理化性质。方法利用离子交联法制备葛根素壳聚糖纳米粒,以正交试验优化制备工艺,超滤法分离游离药物,紫外分光光度法测定包封率;电镜观察纳米粒的微观形态,光散射测定仪测定纳米粒的粒径分布。结果成功制备了稳定的含药纳米粒混悬液,包封率为5 0.8%。结论离子交联法适用于葛根素壳聚糖纳米粒的制备。

Abstract:Objective To prepare puerarin chitosan nanoparticles and study their properties.Methods Puerarin chitosan nanoparticles were prepared by ionic crosslinking method.The preparing method was optimized through orthogonal design.Encapsulation efficiency was determined by the way of ultrafiltration.The microstructure of nanoparticles was observed with electron microscopy.The particle size distribution of nanoparticles was measured by light scattering radiomete.Results A stable nanoparticle suspension was prepared and the encapsulation efficiency was 50.8%.Conclusion Ionic crosslinking method is applicable to the preparation of puerarin chitosan nanoparticles.
