| 摘 要： | 任何一个国家或地区在制定经济发展战略时,都存在区域发展战略的选择问题。首先对区域发展战略的内涵、特点进行描述;然后根据区域发展和生物群落的密切相关性,提出了基于生物群落原理的区域发展战略,即产业集群战略和城市群发展战略。阐述了区域产业集群战略框架模型、战略内容和措施,以及城市群发展战略模式的内容和措施。

| Abstract: | In establishing the economic developing strategies,any countries or regions may face with how to make regional developing strategies.This paper describes the meaning and characteristics of regional developing strategies,and then with the close relevance of regions at development and biological community,the authors advocate the regional developing strategies based on biological community principles,namely industry clustery strategies and city group developing strategies.In addition,the authors expound a frame model,strategy contents and measures of regional industry clustery strategies and city group developing strategies. |
