摘    要:针对呋喃树脂硬化过程和温芯盒制芯工艺的特点,开发了氯化化铝、氯化镁等改性的磷酸盐固化剂,研究其成分本比及分配比及用于温芯盒法时的工艺性能特点。

Abstract:The phosphate hardeners modified with aluminium chloride and magnesium chloride were developed in view of the burdening mechanism of furan resin and the characteristic. of warm box ptocess. The composition of the hardener. and their technical properties were investigated. Results show that the new hardenerscould not only catalyze the furan resin to set up strength rapidly, but also the hardeners themselves could polymerize, which strengthen the resin bridge to some extent and,henee,the resin consumption could be minimized. Result. of application are satisfactory.
