结构陶瓷磨削力的实验研究

摘    要:通过对3种典型结构陶瓷材料9Mg-PSZ,Si3N4及Al2O3的磨削力实验,就结构陶瓷的磨削力、磨削力比,磨削比能及磨削力的频率特征进行研究,表明结构陶瓷的磨削力有独特的规律。

Abstract:Three typical structure ceramics 9Mg-PSZ,Si3N4 and Al2O3 are studied in the features of gringing force by grinding mechanism analysis and grinding test. The results show that the ratio of tangential force to normal force and specific grinding energy are much more small for structure ceramics than for metal. Frequency characteristics of gringing force reflect the proportion of brittle chipping mechanism.
