| 摘 要： | 论述综合考虑可靠性、经济性和结构安全性的大型机械报废机制，并据此提出中国铁路龙门起重机的报废推荐标准。此标准克服了现有报废标准中的缺陷和不足。实践证明，它具有科学必和可操作性。

| Abstract: | An integrated principle for determining scrapped criteria of large scale machinewhich has taken into account reliability and economy and structure safety is put forward and appliedto the determination of recommended scrapped criteria of gantry cranes used at railway terminals ofChina. The recommended criteria have overcomesome shortcomings in the existing scrapped criteriaand have been proved to be of rationability andcontrollability in practice. |
