| 摘 要： | 探讨用渐开线齿轮取代外摆线齿轮实现ＲＶ传动的新途径，在简要介绍ＲＶ传动机的原理和组成之后，引用运动不均匀系数的要领论述提高ＲＶ减速器的运动精度和传动效率的关键是保证第二级ＲＶ减速部分的加工装配精度，最后给出变齿厚内齿轮的两种加工方法。

| Abstract: | The paper presents a new approach to the development of RV transmission mechanism by replacing cycloid gear with involute gear.After simply stating the principle and constructure of RV transmission mechanism, a concept of motion non-uniformity coefficient is infroduced in this paper.It was concluded that the key to enhance the transmission efficiency and motion precision of RV gearbox is to improve the precision of RV gears. In the end, the paper puts forward two methods of machining internal bevoloid gear. |
